UI designer

Role Overview: We are looking for a creative UI Designer to translate high-level requirements into intuitive and functional user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual detail, typography, and color, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all digital products.

Technical Proficiency:
Design Tools: Mastery of industry-standard design software, specifically Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation.

Prototyping: Ability to create interactive high-fidelity prototypes to visualize design interactions.

Design Skills:
Visual Fundamentals: Strong grasp of color theory, typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Design Systems: Experience in creating, maintaining, and adhering to Design Systems and Style Guides.

Responsive Design: Ability to design scalable interfaces for web, mobile (iOS/Android), and tablet.

Experience & Education:
Portfolio: A strong professional portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI design, process, and attention to detail (Mandatory).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).

Work History: Minimum of [X] years of experience in digital product design.

Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

Ability to collaborate effectively with UX designers, developers, and product managers.

Openness to feedback and ability to iterate quickly.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
